Nicole’s passion has always been food. It started at a young age with cooking and helping with anything in the kitchen, but the passion intensified every year when she helped plant and harvest her backyard vegetable garden at her childhood home. Nicole went on to graduate from Auburn University with a degree in horticulture with an emphasis in fruit and vegetable production.

After a year of traveling around the world and working on different farms, Nicole started at Meacham as a full-time farmer in 2020. Nicole is now Meacham Urban Farm’s Chef, event coordinator and social media manager.
